I thought the workshop was fantastic! The pacing and examples were very good and the course gave me a lot of ideas on how I can better use GWB.
– Morgan Warren, Golder Associates
I really liked the course! You have the ability to explain things in an easy way, while pointing out the key issues.

The Applied Geochemical Reaction Modeling workshop is coming to Korea for the very first time!
Join us May 2-3, 2018 in dynamic, ever-changing Seoul, South Korea at the Seoul office of the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology to learn the theory and application of geochemical reaction modeling!
As a special bonus, Prof. Tsutomu Sato of Hokkaido University is teaming up with Prof. Kyoung-Woong Kim of GIST to help us teach the workshop!
Please visit our Seoul workshop page for more information, or to register.
The Reactive Transport Workshop was absolutely fantastic! Five stars, would recommend to a friend!

The 2018 class of the famous Reactive Transport Modelling Summer School will convene July 30-August 2 at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. The Summer School is designed to help post-graduate students in the geosciences learn the techniques of reactive transport modelling as applied to geoscientific research, and for advanced students to share the results of their work.
Each day will begin with hands-on instruction and end with a field excursion and an informal reception. We hope you can join us in Scotland’s capital city, filled with history and natural beauty, for four glorious summer days of long daylight and cool evenings.
Neither of us specializes in groundwater chemistry, but we found the course easy to follow and understand.
– Abby M., Horizons Regional Council, New Zealand
We are returning to the Goldschmidt Conference to present our famous workshop on Reactive Transport Modeling in Geochemical Systems in Boston on 11-12 August.
Please come to one of North America's most fascinating and beautiful cities, the Cradle of American Liberty, to join instructors Craig Bethke, Brian Farrell, Kate Maher, Jenny Druhan, and Melika Sharifi for the workshop's sixth year at the Goldschmidt. It's practically an institution!

Please return with us to the Hoosier state for the Geological Society of America 2018 Annual Meeting! Join us in downtown Indianpolis November 2-3 for our popular Applied Geochemical Reaction Modeling workshop, then stay in town for the GSA meeting.
Instructors Brian Farrell, Melika Sharifi, and Jenny Druhan will show you how to set up and interpret geochemical models of reacting systems, beginning with the basics and continuing to advanced techniques only the experts know.
Please visit our Indianapolis workshop page for more information.
Thank you for the amazing workshop! The presentations and hands-on exercises were tremendously helpful. I enjoyed it!!!
